Delivery postage and packaging

UK DELIVERIES
Delivery charge is as follows:
Orders up to £45.00 - 15%
Orders up to £75.00 - 10%
Orders up to £150.00 - 8%
For orders over £150.00 delivery is free of charge on a standard delivery.
Standard Delivery (2-3 days if ordered before 3pm)
 
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

If you require a special postal service, please contact us and this can be arranged.

All delivery costs are inclusive of VAT, and will be charged in GBP

Returns
We will accept any unwanted items within 7 days after the date of receiving the goods, providing that the goods have not been used and are in a saleable condition.

Postage costs for returns from the UK will be refunded upon proof of a valid postage receipt.
- To return any unwanted items, please email returns@restoredvintage.com

- Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit card / Pay pal account inclusive of the additional return postal cost, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged.

Overseas returns:
-Please email us at returns@restoredvintage.com to return unwanted items. Please reference the item you purchased, your name, address, and transaction details so that we can process your refund.
 - Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit card / Pay pal account, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged. Please note Delivery Charges for overseas customers will not be refunded.

Payment methods
We accept payment through the secure Pay pal payment system. We also accept credit card payments. All card payments are processed by Pay pal. When you select the ‘buy now’ option in our online shop, you will be directed to the pay pal login page, there you will be given the product description and total amount for the goods you wish to purchase. You will then be asked to fill out details such as your address and contact number, so as to enable us to send out the goods to you. On receipt of receiving your payment we will send you an acknowledgement email and once the funds appear in our Pay pal account, we will ship the goods to you. All our prices will be quoted in British pounds.

Payment transaction security
We only accept payment via the secure pay pal system. We do not have access to any of our customers card details.
We do not supply customers address details to any third party. Details are only used for the purpose of dispatching goods.

Gift Wrapping
We package all our products in beautifully handmade dust bags, with tissue paper.

Ethical Sourcing
All of our materials are purchased in the UK. We try to use only Vegetable tanned leather as it is more environmentally friendly.
We design and hand make all our leather goods in England, as to reduce our carbon footprint. We try to be as ethical as possible.
